“The General Secretariat of the Society of the Divine Saviour has been working for decades with the ALC team at various events, mainly for simultaneous interpretation and, when necessary, also for the translation of written documents. Over the years, they have compiled a vocabulary that expresses what characterises us and attests that they are a professional team specialised in religious and ecclesiastical matters, able to understand, translate and master the vocabulary of our “religious” sector. This requires a great deal of prior dedication and research work, about which I have no doubt in their case.
Precisely for the way of working described above, the team is able to convey the message and the data as they are expressed in the original languages, which in our case are German, Spanish, English, French and Polish. They know how to keep the margin of error to a minimum, as shown by the final evaluations
made by the participants of our Society’s international events or the feedback we receive from the readers of our publications.
Knowing that the work of an interpreter requires a great deal of mental effort and is almost always carried out under great pressure, as Secretary General of the Society, I recognise ALC’s professionalism and human proximity in the way the seek how to best organise the work as such and deal with possible
challenges.”
